Returns And Cancellation Policy

At Iconic Divaa, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return, exchange, cancellation and refund process, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 48 hours.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is not listed under non-returnable items.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@iconicdivaa.com or along with photo or video if the complaint is regarding the product being damaged.
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting images (if damaged/defective)
  3. Once approved, The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
  4. After inspection, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect items received

Key Points:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you will be receiving a store credit coupon with a validity period of 3-6 months. 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality checks. Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 3-6 months validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the period for your purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale/clearance
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before the order is shipped/dispatched
  • Cancellation requests must be raised via:
    • Website order section, or
    • Email support

Note:

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Free Returns: Applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Shipping charges for returning the product are to be borne by the customer and then we will return exchanged product and shipping charges will be borne by us.

  • All products sold under our website are eligible for return against a credit of coupon code. 
  • Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our warehouse. 
  • Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns. 
  • All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and sent. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given
